The Caribou Gourmand restaurant needs almost no introduction! Loved by many, this restaurant transports you to Quebec with its delicious cuisine and its rustic and warm decor. Always wanting to promote local producers through their meals and creating delicious recipes, they never cease to impress anyone who tries their dishes.

Our “Ricochet” approach
With Caribou Gourmand, we had the chance to go to the restaurant, to chat with the owners, Christophe and Audrey, and of course, to take photos of their delicious food. In addition to witnessing the creation of the dishes directly in the kitchen, we had the chance to taste their products. Let us tell you that the bar was set high: we had to create a website that would match the quality of their cooking. This visit and this shared moment is what we like to do at Ricochet.
